We are in search of an ambitious Legal Administrator  to join our Birmingham team.

  • Working under the supervision of a Supervising Solicitor you will be assisting in the preparation of Non Molestation Orders and private children matters. You will assess the merits of the client’s case, calculate their eligibility for legal aid and process their funding application. You will then be supporting the other fee earners including taking witness statements, drafting documents and making preparations for court hearings, as and when required.
  • You will strive to achieve department and individual targets in line with the current business plan and ensure you provide a profitable contribution to the work of the Family Department.
