Roles & Interests
I am a confident and ambitious lawyer who is due to qualify during June 2021. I am currently a trainee solicitor working in Birmingham and work in the family department. I have 3 years experience in Family Law at this time and have had the opportunity to deal with a range of cases from private children’s law to forced marriage protection orders.
I provide clear advice to clients on all legal areas surrounding family law to ensure that the Client has all the information necessary to make any further decisions in relation to how they wish to proceed with their case. I also carry out the advocacy on my Client’s files to ensure consistency with their representation. I have build a strong trusting professional relationships with all of my clients and have been praised for my client care I afford to my clients.
I do what I do as I have a passion for helping others in need. Many of our Clients are vulnerable and I am motivated to assist in any way that I can. I never turn away a case or someone that I can help with their family matters.
Life Before NLS
After I completed my education, I gained some legal experience for 9 months with a previous firm where I established my foundation of knowledge in Family Law. I then moved to National Legal Service to build upon my knowledge in family law and was given the opportunity to take on my own cases. Over time, I gained experience in all aspects of family law, including complex cases. I am now due to qualify during June 2021 as a family law solicitor.
I completed my A-Levels at a Boarding School in India for a period of 2 years. I love to travel and experience different cultures. I have recently taken up a new hobby of learning how to play the guitar.
