Kate joined National Legal Service in 2017 and is Head of HR and Operations. She has over 20 years experience in a variety of HR and operational roles and her most recent experience before joining the Firm was in the serviced office sector and prior to that spent 10 years in Logistics. She has broad experience of strategic and commercial disciplines including business growth and acquisition alongside improving operational efficiencies and change management. Experience which supported NLS in achieving its initial growth plan to open 20 offices across the UK now employing 135 staff.
CIPD qualified in Human Resources, Kate continues to drive the HR function for the combined group of companies and its commitment to employee engagement, with a strong track record of delivering people development strategies, all of which contribute to our cultural goals, integration of companies and business objectives.
