Her areas of expertise include all aspects of domestic abuse including obtaining protective orders including Non-Molestation Injunction Orders, Force Marriage Protection Orders, Occupation Orders and Transfers of Tenancies. Protection from Harassment and Stalking
This also includes Complex Children Act matters where there has been domestic abuse including Prohibited Steps Orders, Child Arrangements Orders and Specific Issues Orders.

What were you doing and where at before you arrived at National Legal Service
From 2000 to 2017 I spent 17 years in Greater Manchester as a Solicitor and Partner of a Law firm and worked hard to revolutionise professionals views on domestic abuse. Working with Women’s Aid, Greater Manchester Police, sitting on MARAC for 5 years, I chaired a Domestic Abuse Homicide Review, sat on the Family Court Forum and was instrumental in the Protocol for Police dealing civil injunctions when breaching the of a Non-Molestation Injunction was became a Criminal Offence. I also sat on the Project Management group with Greater Manchester Police in the Pilot scheme for Domestic Abuse Protection Orders and Clare’s Law. I was a lecturer, on Civil remedies for the Police, Women’s agencies, The School of Medicine and Social Care at Manchester University
From 2018 to March 2020, I worked in Hereford as a Solicitor implementing what a learned in Greater Manchester and worked with Women’s Aid and Sexual Abuse agencies.
