Supervising Family Solicitor

About The Role

Due to the continuing expansion of National Legal Service, we are now recruiting for a passionate Solicitor or Legal Executive.

You will take ownership of your own branch office with the full support of our management team allowing you to focus on assisting your clients.

Working within a highly skilled and reputable team, you will support the family department. You will be responsible for a caseload of predominantly funded family work covering the full spectrum of Family Law matters including private children law, public children law and domestic abuse.

We already have a wealth of work for your branch meaning no initial need for you to build a client base.

You will supervise your own team of case workers providing exceptional client care and legal advice.

This is a rewarding opportunity with a next generation firm who will support your long term career progression.

Ideally you will be a member of the Law Society’s Family or Children Law Accreditation Schemes or a Resolution Accredited Specialist.  If you do not already hold one of these Accreditations, but would be confident in achieving this, we would support your application.

A strong working knowledge of Legal Aid is essential.

Duty accredited Criminal Solicitor representing clients at police stations and Magistrates courts, with conduct of a caseload ranging from smaller offences to complex and serious offences.

This role will suit consultants or those looking for the security of a permanent position within an existing experienced team.

This position is available with an immediate start with allocation of slots envisioned for the next rota.
