Disclosure and Privacy – Success in the Court of Appeal

National Legal Service and 33 Bedford Row have been successful in the Court of Appeal for an application on behalf of the children to limit the disclosure and perusal of social media messages between party and non-party children in a fact-finding hearing.

33 Bedford Row were Instructed by Kirsty Richards and Jestina Johnson-Prince who were acting as solicitors for the children, through their children’s guardian.

It was a hard-fought appeal but an important moment in disclosure and privacy law in family cases.
