I have a proven ability to contribute to a company’s cultural goals, delivering people management and development strategies to achieve an engaged workforce and improve staff retention. Providing expert professional guidance, coaching and support to directors, managers and staff in-line with current employment legislation and best practice.

Outside of work i enjoy spending time with my two children, husband and dog.
