Sara trained at Osbornes Solicitors and after qualification she worked there in the family department for 10 years before moving to Eskinazi & Co.
After a career break to raise her young family, she returned to practice at Powell Spencer & Partners, before moving to NLS in September 2022.
Sara has extensive experience in family law and in particular in public law children cases. Her previous caseload has included divorce, financial issues on divorce, injunctions, contact and residence disputes and representing both parents and children in care proceedings. She has conducted cases in the magistrates, county and high court that have involved issues including non-accidental injury (NAI), clients with learning difficulties and mental health problems and minors as parents. Her calm and organised approach means that she is able to assist clients in often difficult and distressing situations, providing them with the best advice in way that they can understand.
Outside of work, Sara is deputy chair of governors at a local primary school and enjoys yoga, cooking and trying to get her obese cat to lose weight.
