What were you doing and where at before you arrived at National Legal Service
I was raised in the north, West Yorkshire and completed my training and qualification in a high street firm in West Yorkshire. My specialist was mainly assisting clients who were victim of domestic abuse, forced marriage, and divorce and separation.
From there in 2014 I became a director in a large legal aid practice running their Birmingham branch. I was responsible for a large team of solicitors, trainee solicitors, paralegals. My specialist remained in family but expanded to care proceedings, adoption proceedings and more complex matters.
