As a Care Paralegal you be supporting the Supervising Solicitor with their caseloads drafting witness statements, client care letters and dealing with matters up to hearing.
The Role:
- Help manage Supervisor caseloads
- Attending meetings and drafting notes
- Completing legal aid application forms and submitting through the CCMS portal
- Contacting courts and 3rd parties
- Compiling court bundles
- Drafting client care letters
Requirements:
- You will have the relevant law degree
- Experience of working on Care Matters
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage demanding and conflicting caseloads
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to progress your own career
