National Legal Service are pleased to confirm that we have passed our latest Lexcel audit and have received final confirmation of our Lexcel (6.1) re-accreditation.
Lexcel is the Law Society’s practice management standard. It recognises firms that meet high expectations around client care, case management, compliance, risk management and continuous improvement. Re-accreditation involves an independent assessment of how a firm operates in practice, not just on paper.
Maintaining Lexcel accreditation reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering a consistent, well-managed service across the firm. It also supports the standards we set for ourselves when it comes to communication, efficiency and the way we look after our clients throughout a case.
We would like to thank our teams across the business for their work in preparing for the audit and for the day-to-day professionalism that sits behind this outcome.
If you would like to speak to us about a matter, our team are here to help. Contact National Legal Service to speak with a solicitor in confidence.
