Chhavy Angoteeah is a Paralegal in the Family Law team at National Legal Service. She supports solicitors in domestic abuse, private children and public children matters, assisting clients with urgent protective applications and ongoing family proceedings.
Working under the supervision of a solicitor, Chhavy conducts initial client enquiries, completes means and merits assessments, drafts court documents and liaises with clients and support organisations, including the National Centre for Domestic Violence (NCDV). She is committed to providing compassionate client care and supporting vulnerable clients throughout the legal process.
Alongside her role, Chhavy is Student Director of the Company Insolvency Pro Bono Scheme, where she supervises student volunteers, delivers training on company insolvency law and promotes access to justice through practical legal education.
