Beau French is a solicitor Apprentice in the family law team at National Legal Service. She works across a range of Family law matters, including domestic abuse, private children proceedings and public law children cases. Beau has developed particular experience in supporting vulnerable clients through non-molestation order applications and Domestic abuse protection orders.
She has recently began conducting her own advocacy in non-molestation order hearings, representing clients in court and assisting them in obtaining protective orders. Beau also advises clients on child arrangements following domestic abuse, ensuring that the welfare and best interests of the child remain central to the advice provided. In addition, she has experience in assisting solicitors in public law care proceedings.
Beau holds an LLB and is currently completing the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) as part of her solicitor apprenticeship.
