Charles brings 40 years of experience to the business including a vast experience of regulatory and advisory work for solicitors.
A specialist in the provision of risk, operational, restructuring and strategic services for the legal sector, Charles advises law firms and works with banks, private equity, accountants and insolvency practitioners in all matters relating to their activity in the sector.
Having also held several c-suite roles and with experience as a litigator, Charles works on all aspects of risk management and compliance and often works alongside the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) on a range of issues and investigations.
Charles is a member of the Institute for Turnaround and the Solicitors Assistance Scheme.
