Kieran is a Supervising Solicitor in the family law team at National Legal Service. He works with clients in domestic abuse, private children and public children matters, with particular experience supporting vulnerable clients in urgent protective applications and contested children proceedings.
He regularly undertakes his own advocacy, including non-molestation and occupation order hearings, private children hearings and multi-day final hearings. His work includes helping clients secure protective orders, navigating child arrangements following domestic abuse, and presenting welfare-focused arguments in complex family disputes.
Alongside his caseload, Kieran supervises junior team members within the firm. He is also passionate about legal education, as a director of the educational charity Leducate to promote everyday legal literacy among young people. This focus on practical legal skills extends to his work leading university family law clinics with Hertfordshire, LSE and Brunel, where he helps students develop practical client-facing experience.
