Prior to joining the firm, Rachel worked within the NHS, assessing urgent medical concerns, managing high-volume, high-pressure calls, providing clear, compassionate guidance to members of the public and arranging an emergency response where necessary. The role demanded sound judgement, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals experiencing distress, ensuring every interaction was handled with accuracy, sensitivity and professionalism.
Rachel also gained significant experience within the private mental health sector as a Client Referrals coordinator working closely with clinicians, therapists and healthcare professionals across the UK, she coordinated patient referrals, managed complex case administration and handled highly confidential information with discretion. This experience strengthened her ability to support vulnerable individuals with empathy while maintaining the highest professional standards.
Her diverse career has also included senior roles in business management, marketing and administration, providing her with extensive experience in client relationship management, project coordination and operational efficiency.
