Zeeshan is an accredited Solicitor of the Law Society’s Family Law Advanced Panel specialising in private children matters and cases involving domestic abuse.

With a passion for advocacy, Zeeshan has extensive experience representing clients in the Family Court within the West Midlands, in cases involving serious allegations of domestic abuse (including sexual abuse), controlling and coercive behaviour and parental alienation. Zeeshan strives to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients through a balance of legal precision, sensitivity and strategic advocacy.

Areas of Expertise

Zeeshan represents clients on a wide range of private law children matters including – Child Arrangement Orders (residence and contact), parental responsibility disputes, Specific Issue and Prohibited Steps orders, protective injunctions under the Family Law Act (including Non-molestation and Occupation orders and matrimonial matters including Divorce and financial remedies.

Alongside his legal practice, Zeeshan serves as a school governor, reflecting his commitment to the welfare and development of children within the local community, whilst complementing his practice in private children law and domestic abuse.
